Posted: 30 Nov 2021 09:43 PM PST I want to make a blog/site for movie reviews (which itself is just a side project for learning SEO) and I am pretty confused about hosting. So far the advice I've received are. 1) Use AWS free tier and spin up an ec2. 2) Get a shared cPanel hosting. What's the difference between the two? I heard the first one is very difficult to learn and set up and isn't needed if it's just a blog? It's not going to be a site with a lot of features, maybe a newsletter sign up and link to my social media at most. [link] [comments]

Question about domain name and hosting Posted: 30 Nov 2021 08:50 PM PST I want to make a resume webpage where I can show my projects, info, etc. I've never bought a domain name or a hosting service, so I wanted to ask you great people of Reddit what are the best sites for this? Thanks in advance. [link] [comments]

NPM package for generating projects out of templates? Posted: 30 Nov 2021 09:35 AM PST I can't recall the name, but there is a package that allows you to do something like "forgottenname create-project" and then it prompts you to pick something like nodejs, angular, react, vue etc out of a list of templates. It's not yeoman. [link] [comments] |
