The sub is dead and I just feel like it's a waste. I think there might be enough postgrad/undergrad compsci theoretical students in this group to essentially get it up and running again! Is it a good idea?!

[R] Tsinghua University Releases First AutoML Toolkit for Graph Datasets & Tasks

    Posted: 28 Dec 2020 08:35 AM PST

Creating algorithms is challenging and time-consuming, and that has encouraged research efforts into automatic machine learning (AutoML) systems that can simplify and democratize AI. Existing AutoML tools however cannot be applied to graphs. To address that deficiency, researchers from Tsinghua University have developed an AutoML framework and toolkit specifically designed for graph datasets and tasks.

Here is a quick read: Tsinghua University Releases First AutoML Toolkit for Graph Datasets & Tasks

The AutoGL project page is on the Tsinghua University website, and the code is on GitHub.

I'm a third year in Comp Sci and want to code in my free time(for money even if possible) but don't know where to start

    Posted: 28 Dec 2020 06:08 PM PST

As the title says looking to code in free time currently, I want to free lance but I honestly am not quite sure if my current coding knowledge is sufficient(I know some python, some java, and some html and javascript ive done in my free time), I'm yet to code something really intensive, the farthest being some basic interface and database practice towards the end of last spring semester online.

Im also open to just any free resources I can mess around on and practice coding while I am on break :)

How well can my graphics card run games

    Posted: 28 Dec 2020 09:51 AM PST

Currently my pc doesn't run games like r6 very well this is down to my Vega 3 graphics card and my Athlon 3000 cpu, which I don't think is even on par to ryzen 3 so I have £200 to spend and I'm thinking of upgrading to a ryzen 7 but will that even make a difference fps wise in game or do I have to upgrade my graphics card aswell for it to have a noticeable change
