- Can a variable in a C prgm retain its value -- even if u run the prgm once, then completely shut it down (ctrl+C, close terminal, and shut down computer) -- for the next time u run it. Mandatory link attachment bellow (ignore); hopefully u can understand my question, even if its badly phrased :/
