Can computers be conscious and think ? Posted: 12 Mar 2018 03:22 AM PDT Hi all, I'm writing an article/essay on this topic and would love to hear any pointers or directions or anything specific you could suggest me to include. Currently, my sketch is : 1) Introduction 2) The turing test and it's criticism 3) Role of free will and emotions in computers for thinking 4) General Artificial Intelligence / Full Brain Emulation 5) Society of Mind. What do you guys think about the sketch ? Do you think I should incorporate any other key or important ideas in my article/essay ? In particular, anything more technical related to CS more than philosophy would be appreciated. TL; DR: need some suggestions on what ideas to incorporate in my essay (title same as question) Thank you very much ! [link] [comments] |
