ELi5: What is cell based architecture ?

    Posted: 16 Jan 2020 02:10 PM PST

I know a cell based architecture is dividing your architecture into cells so you can scale out with cells

But replace the word cells with service and this sounds very similar to service oriented architecture.

Can someone give an ELI5 explanation of the difference between service oriented architecture and cell based architecture?

Teaching myself data structures and algorithms

    Posted: 16 Jan 2020 09:26 PM PST

Would do you guys think it is better for me to use Donald E Knuth's book "the art of computer programming" to get started or Steven S. Skiena's book "The Algorithm Design manual" THANK YOU SOME MUCH. I have been wanting to learn but I am one of those people that feel like whatever I am doing is not the best way to be doing it. So I would really appreciate some helpful suggestions if you think there is something better than the two books I have been recommended <3

Would this job help my CS resume?

    Posted: 16 Jan 2020 11:57 PM PST

I have recently been given a job opportunity to assist and train the computer science department for a K-12 school near my college. The job would basically consist of giving support and training to teachers to progress their CS program. Will this kind of thing be useful on my resume? Any feedback is helpful :)
