Method to Describe/Formalize Transpilation? Posted: 03 Nov 2018 07:48 AM PDT A project I'm working on heavily relies on transpilation (also called source-to-source compilation). The project is also based somewhere in the realms of Safety Analysis, so I'd like to express my translation process as precise, succinct and idiomatic as possible, but I can't seem to find a good method to do so and my attempts using free writing and tuple-based definitions turned out ambiguous, bloated and hard to follow. I imagine others must have encountered this problem as well and their hopefully is some semi-formal rule-based notation similar to formal grammars. Any tips or experiences? [link] [comments] |
I'm doing a complete 180. I hate my current career path. So time to go back to the books. Posted: 03 Nov 2018 01:13 PM PDT I am doing what I should have done in the beginning. Starting a degree program in computer science. I'm stuck at taking classes online due to work. I have looked at quite a few bachelor degree programs. But I decided I'm going to get my associates at a community college level, and then transfer to a university to finish bachelors to save as much money as I can. Does this look like a decent program at an associates level that would transfer towards a bachelors degree at a university in the future? I need you guys. Mind you the associates would be online as well. http://www.sunyulster.edu/academics/credit_programs/computer_sci_online [link] [comments] |
