What are some good resources for learning more how PL/0 code works? Posted: 25 Apr 2018 03:02 AM PDT More specifically, how one gets to VM assembly instructions from the code itself? I completely understand how to get from the code itself to the list of lexemes/tokens, that's easy. But from there to the intermediate code/VM assembly instructions/list of opcodes (I'm not completely sure what the correct terminology is) is where I am confused. Any help, be it links or someone explaining, would be greatly appreciated. [link] [comments] |
are there any videos to gague if I like comp.sci? Posted: 24 Apr 2018 08:00 PM PDT I've never been really interested in computers or programming or anything like that. I'd mostly just use the computer for whatever I needed and would never go in depth with coding or whatever bc I didn't even know what coding was until today lol. I'm pretty neutral towards math I love high school calculus but would probably hate upper level college classes but I wouldn't say I'm passionate about math bc I suck at critically thinking and I'm better with just doing questions similar to examples like a monkey see monkey do kind of thing ya feel. Idk if Comp sci is a major I could consider but I'd love to learn more about it so if anyone could reccommend some good videos that would be great. [link] [comments] |
